Organic Growth Lead at Music-Edtech platform

Permanent employee, Full-time · Berlin

Your mission

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Organic Growth Lead to own and scale Skoove’s organic growth channels end-to-end. This role goes beyond traditional SEO - you will identify, test, and scale new organic growth opportunities across search, content, affiliates, and emerging platforms (including AI-driven discovery).

You will take full ownership of key growth initiatives, from identifying opportunities to executing and iterating on them, with a strong focus on measurable business impact.

At the same time, you will oversee and guide a small team of SEO freelancers, ensuring a strong technical foundation and high-quality execution across all SEO-related initiatives. Working closely with the CMO, you will act as a growth driver for the company, combining analytical thinking, creativity, and a hands-on mindset to unlock new traffic and revenue streams.

Your job
  • Ownership & Growth Initiatives

    • Own organic growth as a key acquisition channel, identifying and scaling high-impact opportunities across SEO, content, affiliates, and emerging platforms.

    • Proactively identify new growth levers (e.g. new content formats, distribution channels, partnerships, AI-driven surfaces) and validate them through fast experimentation.

    • Take initiatives from idea to execution, with a strong focus on measurable impact (traffic, conversion, revenue).

  • SEO Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.

    • Coordinate and support SEO freelancers and Wordpress developer in executing key initiatives.

    • Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, user-focused, and SEO-informed content.

    • Ensure strong technical foundations (site structure, performance, indexing, etc.), working with developers where needed.

  • AI visibility & Emerging Channels

    • Explore and lead initiatives to improve Skoove’s visibility across emerging discovery platforms, including AI-driven search and third-party ecosystems.

    • Act as a thought leader within the company on how organic growth evolves beyond traditional search.

  • Analytics & Reporting:

    • Use data to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and evaluate performance across organic channels.

    • Present performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Affiliate Marketing:

    • Work closely with the affiliate team to identify and scale new growth opportunities.

    • Take an entrepreneurial approach to partnerships and third-party distribution channels.

  • Campaign Ownership:

    • Lead and coordinate freelancers (SEO, content, development), ensuring efficient execution and high-quality output.

    • Foster a fast, experiment-driven, and results-oriented working style.

Your profile
  • 5+ years of experience in B2C marketing, with a strong focus on organic growth (SEO, content, affiliates, or similar channels).

  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth through organic channels—not just execution, but identifying and scaling opportunities.

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset: you take ownership, move fast, and are comfortable working with ambiguity.

  • Ability to identify opportunities independently and turn them into structured, high-impact initiatives.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into clear actions and priorities.

  • Experience leading projects end-to-end and working with cross-functional contributors (freelancers, developers, designers).

  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (technical and content), without being limited to it.

  • Curiosity for new platforms and emerging trends (e.g. AI-driven discovery, new content ecosystems).

  • Fluent in English.

  • Experience in e-learning, music, or games is a plus.

  • The ability to work in a cutting-edge field, with some of the best people in music-tech.

  • The opportunity to own and shape a core growth channel with direct impact on company performance.
